As a seasoned traveler and discerning mother, my recent stay at Metropol provided a mixed experience of luxury and value. The hotel's prime location near the central railway station and easy access to the airport make it a convenient choice for families on the go. The friendly English-speaking staff and impeccable service added a touch of warmth to our stay, although at times, the wait for service was longer than desired.The renovated rooms exude modern style and comfort, with a keen eye for detail. I particularly appreciated the excellent lighting and cleanliness throughout. The substantial breakfast spread offered ample choices, setting a positive tone for the day. While the amenities and prime location are definite draws, the overall cost may not align perfectly with the luxury offered.Metropol offers a solid blend of convenience and comfort, ideal for travelers seeking a central base in Gdansk.
